PRIVACY POLICY

1. PRIVACY PRINCIPLE

System HaSera is designed according to the principles of data minimization, purpose limitation, integrity, and confidentiality. It does not sell personal data or use listening activity to create identifiable behavioral profiles.

2. TECHNICAL DATA

Technical server logs may temporarily process an IP address, request time, requested resource, browser or device information, response status, and security events where necessary to deliver, protect, diagnose, and maintain the service. Such data is not used to identify listeners for advertising purposes.

3. LOCAL STORAGE

The listener's browser may store limited settings, playback continuity information, or temporary listening history. Removing browser data may remove those locally stored preferences.

4. CLUB HASERA

Where Club HaSera is enabled, a pseudonymous Listener Token and the related technical account data may be processed to provide Favorites, playlists, settings, access status, and subscription functions. A public identity is not required.

5. PAYMENTS

Payments are processed by the selected independent payment provider. That provider processes payment and contact information under its own privacy terms. System HaSera receives only the technical information required to activate and manage access, handle payment status, and meet legal accounting obligations.

6. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS

Data is processed only where necessary to provide requested services, perform a contract, protect the system and its content, comply with legal obligations, or pursue legitimate operational and security interests. Consent is requested where the law requires it.

7. RETENTION AND RECIPIENTS

Information is retained only for as long as required for its stated purpose, security, contractual performance, or statutory retention duties. It is shared only with infrastructure, hosting, streaming, security, and payment providers where this is necessary for service delivery or required by law.

8. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

Applicable rights may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. These rights are subject to the conditions and limitations of applicable law.

Because the public service is designed for anonymous or pseudonymous use, System HaSera may be unable to associate a request with a particular listener unless sufficient technical proof of the relevant Token or transaction is supplied.

10. OPERATIONAL STATISTICS

To understand and improve technical service delivery, System HaSera records pseudonymous operational events under an internal TOKEN number. These events may include the navigation path to the first track, track starts, actual playback seconds, and an approximate country, region, and city derived from the connection address. The raw IP address is used transiently for regional resolution and is not stored in the operational statistics tables. No name, e-mail address, account login, password, or complete Listener Token is stored there. Detailed events are retained for no more than 400 days. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected. Regional resolution may be supplied by IPWhois.io as a technical service provider when hosting infrastructure does not already provide coarse geolocation.
