LISTENING & CONTENT USE
Playback, sharing, and permitted use.
System HaSera is designed in accordance with the privacy principles explained in the Your Privacy section. This article describes the technical conditions of playback, data usage, content sharing, and permitted use.
PLAYBACK QUALITY AND DATA USAGE
Audio quality and data usage may vary according to the listener's network connection, device, and available streaming conditions. When multiple audio-quality variants are available, System HaSera may select the stream most appropriate for the current connection. Higher-quality audio may require more data, particularly when listening through a mobile network.
BROWSER PLAYBACK RESTRICTIONS
Some browsers and mobile operating systems restrict automatic audio playback. If sound does not begin automatically, this does not necessarily indicate a system failure. In such cases, the listener must press Play to authorize audio playback.
LOCAL DEVICE STORAGE
System HaSera may use limited browser storage where necessary to preserve basic playback continuity, interface preferences, or temporary listening information. Removing browser data may remove locally stored settings or listening information.
SHARING MUSIC
System HaSera may provide tools for sharing links to individual tracks, albums, lyrics, or other publicly available content. Sharing a link does not transfer private access, login credentials, subscription rights, or any personal listening environment.
COPYRIGHT AND PERMITTED USE
Music, lyrics, artwork, photographs, visual designs, metadata, and other materials made available through System HaSera remain protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law. Access to playback or sharing tools does not grant permission to download, copy, redistribute, republish, modify, commercially exploit, or misrepresent protected content.
Public access is provided for personal listening and lawful interaction with the published content. More detailed information is available in the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Copyright sections.
